In its judgement of 12 May 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court ruled that the inclusion of a link may entail joint responsibility for the content of the linked page. According to the Regional Court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from the contents of the linked pages. Since I have some links to other homepages, this applies herewith: All pages linked by us were visited by us. Since the internet pages are subject to constant change, I decline any responsibility for the content of these pages.
